Applications:


Channel nuts are vital accessories when creating a custom framework, shelving, or support system with Unistrut metal channels. They are also known as Zebedee Nuts, Back Nuts or Spring Channel Nuts and are available in the most common sizes from M6 to M12 with long springs or short springs and a choice in materials which includes zinc plated, steel, or stainless steel. Channel nuts are inserted on the inside of the Unistrut channel and are designed to slide into position until they reach the desired location. They act as a locking mechanism when used in conjunction with brackets and bolts. Once installed they form a strong union without the need for welding, making them ideal for use in a range of applications like:
