RS PRO Wedge Nuts


Brought to you from RS PRO, a selection of wedge nuts made from zinc-plated material and available in the most popular thread sizes. Wedge nuts or V nuts are commonly used with metal decking systems or composite floor decking. During installation, they are placed into the channel to provide a secure fixing for threaded rods, or bolts.

How do they work?


Wedge nuts are inserted on the inside of the channel and are designed to move down as the threaded rod or bolts are tightened. Once in place, a wedge nut acts as a lock and channel support mechanism.
