Is this battery operated or mains?
This rechargeable LED work light is powered via a rechargeable 3.7 V lithium ion battery.

Charging the floodlight
To charge the unit, simply slot in the included Micro-USB charging cable. This can then be connected to the included UK Mains plug, into the USB port. Alternatively, the cable can be placed into an existing USB port. You can charge the unit via a car USB adapter. This will take longer than the mains powered option and you must disconnect the unit from the charge source when you are not using the car.
