RS PRO Type K Thermocouple, +250°C, 2 m Length, 6 mm Diameter


This Type K thermocouple from RS PRO can measure temperatures of up to +250°C. It has two wires that connect to form a junction at the measuring point. The voltage generated by changes in temperature provides highly accurate measurements.

Type K is one of the most commonly used thermocouples and has the widest possible range of temperature measurement. This unit has marine-grade 316 stainless steel probes, so it's suitable for highly corrosive environments and extreme heat.

You can use this thermocouple in a variety of challenging applications, including oven safety features, food thermostats and industrial boilers. It's compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, so it contains no more than trace amounts of any potentially harmful materials.
