The Jumo Screw-in sheath thermocouple with a connection head in Form J is suitable for temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous media by means of the Seebeck effect. The vibration-resistant design guarantees a long service life. The good heat transfer between sheath and thermocouple enables short response times and high measuring accuracy. Due to its properties the sheath thermocouple is therefore often used in chemical plants, power stations, pipelines, in engine construction and on test benches. The single thermocouple 1x NiCr-Ni K according to DIN EN 60584 (class 2) is designed for temperatures from -200 to +1200 °C. The protection tube is made of Inconel 2.4816. The connection head is made of die-cast aluminium and has a cable gland M16 x 1.5. The protection tube dimensions are 6 x 200 mm.

The smallest bending radius is 5 x outer diameter

The process connection is a screw connection made of stainless steel 1.4571 with thread G 1/2 inch

The thermocouple is insulated against the sheath as standard
