Festo Shock Absorber - YSRW Series - YSRW-8-14


Use this shock absorber from Festo to cushion a linear drive in your pneumatic systems. It's well-suited to low-vibration applications and is self-adjusting, meaning it can automatically handle varying impact conditions. The single-acting component works by offering resistance to a piston rod on the rebound. Soft cushioning reduces internal impact force and minimises noise, making faster piston speeds possible and increasing the working life of your cylinder.

Thanks to the high-alloy steel material of the housing and rod, the shock absorber is extremely durable and can withstand high pressures without being damaged. You can use it in industrial pneumatic equipment that moves at a steady pace, such as rotary indexing systems.
