The 1492-JD4-Y module is a two-level, two-circuit feed-through terminal block, which comes in yellow and enables easy identification. The housing temperature range is –50 to +120 °C (–58…+248 °F). The multi-circuit feed-through terminal blocks are perfectly suited for applications where control signals must be distributed and collected through the same blocks. They are ideal for high-density wiring applications.

The 1492-J family feature a secure self-locking screw type clamp design with steel clamps and screws, which offers improved stability. Risk of electric shock is minimised due to the IP2X finger-safe housing. They are also simple to install as they can be DIN rail mounted and enable more efficient organisation of the electrical control cabinet.
