RS PRO Square Nylon Threaded Tube Insert, M12, 40 mm x 40 mm x 43mm, 1000 kg Static Load Capacity
Make life easier when attaching feet or castors to metal structures with these RS PRO threaded tube inserts. This square-shaped nylon piece is intended for fitting self-levelling feet.
The component has a static load capacity of 1000 kg and it fits inside of square-shaped tubing. For additional strength the component's reinforced and it's suitable to use with structural aluminium tubes or metal tubing. The bush material is made from nickel-plated brass and the body is made from tough black nylon. This part has measurements of 40 mm (L) x 40 mm (W) x 43 mm (H) and it has a thread size of M12.
Aside from these RS PRO tube inserts, there are others available that have different thread sizes, load capacities and dimensions. If you use mobile structures or need to adjust the height, threaded tube inserts are required. They're commonly used with conveyors, display stands and trolleys.
