The G3DZ solid State relay is the same size as the G6D with a 0.6 A maximum AC/DC current.;• Switching 0.6 A at 240 V ac or 100 V dc.

Safety Notes.


• Do not clean or solder the PCB when the Solid State Relay is in the socket.

• Reverse surge voltage – If this is put on the input terminals insert a diode parallel to the input terminal. DO NOT impose a reversed voltage of more than 3 V.

• Terminal material has a high heat induction so any automatic or manual soldering should be achieved with 10 seconds at 260°C.

• Always when fitting a socket ensure it is matched correctly and insert pushing vertically (pressure straight down).

These PCB mount MOSFET power relays have a maximum switching current of 0.6A and are suitable for switching full and half wave alternating currents.
