This trap is made from carbon steel to guarantee strength and resistance to impact, corrosion and high temperatures. It's well-insulated, making it ideal for use in systems exposed to harsh weather conditions.

You don't need to remove the trap from the line when you need to replace the seat and the valve disc. Thermostatic traps like this one are commonly used in a variety of steam systems and appliances where you need to discharge condensable and non-condensable gases.
