RS PRO Cloth Tape, 50 m x 50 mm, Yellow, Gloss Finish

Securely join materials together with this 50 m roll of gloss-finished cloth tape from RS PRO. It's designed for commercial environments, so you'll frequently come across it in manufacturing plants, warehouses and packaging facilities.

You can easily write on the surface of the yellow, fabric-backed material, which is convenient when you're labelling up components. The tape comes with a water-resistant finish, making it a safe bet for damp environments. It's also easy to unwind and tear, so there's no need to use scissors.

This yellow tape has a rubber-resin adhesive, which is non-corrosive and suitable for use with sensitive materials. This form of adhesive is also great for bonding tricky substrates such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). It's tough stuff, with a strength of 3.5 Newton centimetres (N/cm) to 5.5 N/cm, so it's often used to join plastic sheeting, mount light components and secure carpets.
