RS PRO Heating Element, 500 W, 230 V AC


This quartz infrared heating element from RS PRO provides a fast and reliable way to heat products. The quartz tubes can reach their operating temperature in a matter of seconds, making the unit a good choice for applications where products can't be easily moved away from the heater. The tubes also cool down quickly when the power source is removed for safety when not in use. The heater includes a reflector on the rear to ensure that all the heat is radiated in the correct direction, and to provide protection to the mounting point.

For ease of installation, you can mount the heater using the two M5 bolts on the rear. This heater is ideal for light industrial work, such as applying specific amounts of heat to products. Use the heater with the quartz tubes held horizontally and with suitable barriers to prevent injury.
