This RS PRO pressure switch can measure the pressure exerted by liquid and gaseous media from 0 bar to 4 bar. The sensor's case is made from 303-grade stainless steel, so it won't be corroded by contact with the gas or liquid being measured, or contaminate the medium.
It converts pressure into an analogue electrical signal of 4 mA to 20 mA, which is directly proportional to the pressure being measured. A 1/4-inch threaded connector physically connects the switch to the pressure chamber. Electrical connections are made using a two-wire output via cable gland and screw terminal or M12 connector. You can power the sensor with a DC voltage of between 10 V and 30 V.
You'll find this product can be used in temperatures from -20°C to +125°C. These characteristics make it suitable for use in a wide range of applications, including the medical, aviation, automotive, and marine fields.
