MCP9801

The Microchip High accuracy digital temperature sensor that communicates via a standard I²C/SMBus interface. It converts ambient temperature into a digital signal using a user-selectable 9 to 12 bit Sigma Delta ADC. The device includes programmable alert outputs that can function as either a thermostat comparator or an interrupt, allowing flexible temperature monitoring.
