Renold SD Duplex Single Cranked Cottered Chain


The Renold SD duplex single cranked cottered chain is a steel type connecting link. This chain link is designed for heavy-duty construction machinery. It has two connecting pins riveted onto an outer plate. The clearance fit connecting plate is secured by a spring clip that snaps into the grooves of the protruding pins. This product has fail-safe to ensure optimum efficiency and the safety of the machinery’s operators. The chain has better wear resistance due to its large bearing area.

Renold SD Duplex Single cranked Cottered link (No. 12) with cranked plate onto a bush and roller assembly at the narrow end. A clearance fit connecting pin is fitted at the wide end and is secured by a split pin.

Kedjor enligt europeisk standard omfattas av DIN8187- och ISO606-standarder. Det finns 3 versioner:

• Simplex;• Duplex;• Triplex

Rastermått varierar mellan 4 mm och 114,3 mm, där kedjelänkarna har en stor stiftdiameter. Kedjorna har därför bättre slitstyrka eftersom lagerytan är av större storlek.

ISO-standarden har ett enkelt numreringssystem:

• De första två siffrorna är delningens storlek och mäts i 1/16 s av en tum, till exempel 08 = 8/16;• ”B” indikerar europeisk standard;• Suffixet anger antalet trådar i en kedja
