Use this steel rod end from RS PRO to build pneumatic or coupler mechanisms, for example in packaging machinery or labelling machines. It's particularly well-suited for unidirectional loading.

This rod end requires no lubrication and thus no maintenance. This makes it ideal for use in control and link mechanisms in machinery that can't be re-lubricated, for example, food processing machines.

The female rod end bearing is made from steel with a corrosion-resistant, galvanised zinc coating. It has female M6 x 1 thread connections, a bore size of 6 mm and an overall length of 39 mm. The dynamic load rating is 8,600 newtons, while the static load rating is 5,000 newtons.

As part of the RS PRO range, this product has been comprehensively tested to ensure consistency and durability. It conforms to ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 standards on safe electrostatic discharge.
