Igus Delta Robot Assembly Kit

The fast-growing use of robots in industry is becoming the way forward to ensuring all of your everyday working processes are handled efficiently and in a cost effective manner. Robots have the ability to remove the monotony and repetitive tasks and can also eliminate any potential hazards faced by a workforce each and every day.

This is the first igus robot and it comes as an assembly kit. It takes just under 30 minutes to build the kit to create the igus delta robot. This pick and place robot is ideal for simplifying and automating your assembly and pick and place tasks.

The gantry robot is based on three pre-assembled drylin® ZLW toothed-belt actuators, lubrication-free igubal spherical bearings, as well as other lightweight components which ensure a higher pick up rate than usual delta kinematics.

This xyz gantry robot is manufactured solely from igus components. The unit is made from aluminium and plastic materials, including a maintenance-free toothed belt-drive lubrication-free linkage, NEMA stepper motors and encoders which ensure quick and accurate handling of up to ±0.5 mm and this robotic arm has a pick up rate of 60 per minute.
