This essential safety device automatically cuts an electrical supply when there's a fault to protect against fatal shocks and reduce the risk of electrical fires. Its instantaneous break time means the device responds immediately to irregular current caused by a short circuit, ground fault or locked rotor current. This ensures optimal levels of operator safety. This type-A circuit breaker is suited to AC (alternating current) industrial applications.
