RS PRO Duct Temperature Sensor


Different industries need different solutions to keep up with the evolving world. If humidity and temperature are in play, Humidity/Temperature Transmitter seems to capture both requirements to support many applications. Merging both strengths, the Sensor can meet the specific demands of temperature-sensitive devices.

Those popular products have their place across everyday life situations, from the apparent objects in our home, such as kettle or toaster to more advance applications including monitoring the temperature in alcohol breathalysers or maintaining temperature for equipment to fabricate medical drugs. Still, the key message is the responsiveness and accuracy of the detection circuit is essential for quality control.

We are proudly introducing our own branded RS PRO Duct Temperature Sensor for use with boiler rooms, plants rooms or chiller rooms. The installation process is quick and easy, and an IP 65 housing with 20 mm conduit entry, secure the Sensor from exposure to conditions within the ductwork. The sensing probe comes with fine mesh gauge for sensor protection. This PT 100 type Dust Sensing Temperature offers an impressive range from – 30°C to + 70ׄ°C providing a reliable operating temperature scale for the application.

Sensor Types:

  • PT 100 Sensor: 2 wire sensors with probes providing a linear response and positive temperature coefficient

    • Package Types:

  • Space Air (813-806; 376-1477) a white ventilated unit for interior use, temperature range -10°C to + 60°C

  • Duct Air (813-862) an IP65 housing with 20mm conduit entry, 150x6mm dia. probe, temperature range – 30°C to + 70°C

  • Outside Air (813-828; 813-878) an IP65 enclosure with a small caps, 20mm conduit entry, temperature range -30°C to +70°C

  • Liquid Immersion (813-834; 813-884) an IP65 enclosure with 20mm conduit entry, 150x6mm diameter probe which fits into a pocket (available separately) for a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C

  • Pipe-Clamp on (813-840; 813-890) a sensing element located in a lug which is fitted to the pipe via a cable tie. IP65 terminal with 2m of cable, maximum temperature 110°C
