TE Connectivity D-200 MiniSeal Crimp Splices


D-200 MiniSeal immersion resistant crimp splices with a nickel plating for use in high temperature applications of up to 200°C. These D-2100 MiniSeal splices have heat-shrinkable transparent blue radiation cross-linked modified fluoropolymer insulation sleeves for environmental protection and strain relief, meltable thermoplastic rings and nickel plated (SAE AMS-QQ-N-290) copper alloy (101 or 102 per ASTM B75) splice barrels. Suitable applications for these D-200 MiniSeal splices include aerospace and defence applications and for protecting and sealing RCW and BMS13-60 nickel-plated wires.
Stock number 782-4831 is for use with a wire range of 26-20 AWG and is colour coded red
Stock number 782-4822 is for use with a wire range of 20-16 AWG and is colour coded blue
Stock number 782-4828 is for use with a wire range of 16-12 AWG and is colour coded yellow
