Furthermore, the RS PRO fail safe electric strike release unit features an impressive holding force of 1,500 lbs and side load of 500 lbs, ensuring that the door release mechanism will open and allow access in the event of a power outing. For enhanced control and safety, the electric strike also features monitoring output allowing you to use a monitoring system to detect if the trigger in the strike is being compressed or not. RS PRO fail safe electric door release units are available in left hand and right hand and are the perfect lock solution for fire door installations in a range of environments.
