Cree XLamp XP-E2 Series LEDs


The XLamp XP-E2 series from Cree are high performance LEDs with a single die source for precise optical control. They offer high light output and maximum efficacy to applications such as LED retrofit lamps, outdoor, indoor and emergency vehicles. The XP-E2 devices have equal dimensions to the XP-E LED series therefore offer a smooth upgrade opportunity for a higher lumen output. The XLamp XP-E2 colour light emitting diodes (LEDs) deliver up to 88% higher maximum light output in comparison to alternative high-power colour LEDs. The XP-E2 series has an increased lumen output of up to 20% from the XP-E series. This high performance of the XP-E2 LEDs comes from Cree’s SC3 technology. A wide variety of applications include architectural, vehicle and display lighting.
