RS PRO Timing Belt


The RS Pro HTD timing belt provides high power transmission via its unique tooth profile. This enables it to be used in low speed, high torque applications. It provides high strength, excellent flex life and high resistance to elongation. This belt is made from flexible rubber with 165 teeth moulded onto the inner surface and it has a pitch of 14mm. It has a smooth result and more precise transmission of power at high load capacities and with an extended belt life. The curvilinear HTD tooth profile has high load stress at tooth roots, which is an inherent weakness with traditional trapezoidal profile belts.
