The FIT-KIT-2 heat-shrink tubing kit from Alpha Wire provides an assortment of heat-shrink in various sizes, ratios and materials. Heat-shrink tubing offers a reliable way to protect and seal electrical terminations or add extra durability to a cable. This heat-shrink kit has been designed for general-purpose indoor and outdoor applications.

The FIT range of heat shrinkable tubing is made from premium materials under tight manufacturing conditions. This means that FIT heat-shrink tubing has excellent physical characteristics such as wide temperature ranges and low longitudinal shrinkage.

Heat-shrink kits are a great resource often found in research and development laboratories, maintenance departments and engineering development.

Kit Contents


FIT-105 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio. Made from irradiated PVC which has a low shrink temperature and is 30% stronger than standard polyolefin.

FIT-221 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio and made from cross-linked Polyolefin.

FIT-295 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio. Made from semi-rigid cross-linked Polyolefin which is 30% stronger and 25% stiffer than standard Polyolefin.

FIT-300 Dual wall heat shrinkable tubing with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio and made from dual wall semi-rigid cross-linked Polyolefin which has a meltable inner wall.

FIT-321 Dual wall heat shrinkable tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio and made from adhesive-lined cross-linked Polyolefin offering water and corrosion protection.

FIT-350 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio and made from irradiated PVDF which has a high shrink temperature and 3x the tensile strength of standard Polyolefin.

FIT-400 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 1.2:1 shrink ratio. Made from FEP which has a high shrink temperature and thin wall thickness.

FIT-500 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 1.5:1 shrink ratio. Made from PTFE which has a high shrink temperature and thin wall thickness.

FIT-600 Heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio. Made from oil-resistant Chlorinated Polyolefin.

FIT-700 Adhesive lined heat shrinkable tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio. Made from heavy wall cross-linked Polyolefin for high voltages.

FIT-750 Adhesive lined heat shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio. Made from Polyolefin offering water and corrosion protection.

FIT-CRIMP - Made from Nylon, sizes 22 AWG to 10 AWG

Caps - Made from Cross-linked Polyolefin, sizes 22, 23, 24 AWG
