RS PRO Brass Outside Tap, 1/2 in BSP


Choose this bibcock from RS PRO to ensure a smooth water supply in outdoor faucets and sink taps. The unit comes complete with a fitting for a standard garden hose.

This component features a chrome-plated brass ball that's tough and ensures a long service life. Plus, the nickel-plated brass body is hot forged and sandblasted so it can withstand tough outdoor conditions. The tap is designed with a blow-out proof stem and can handle water pressures of up to 15 bar. This makes it a popular choice for industrial cleaning purposes. The pure PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seals in the tap ensure leak-proof usage.

The unit meets the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC guidelines for manufacturing equipment that handle pressures below 200 bar, so you can be assured of safe usage. Universal threadings ensure easy installation in all common industrial, residential and commercial settings.
