VSMF3710-GS08 Vishay, 890nm IR LED, PLCC 2 SMD package

The VSMB3940 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are high speed Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in surface mount (SMT) PLCC-2 packages which use double hetero (DH) technology.
