RS PRO Electro Polished Stainless Steel Strap Hinge Screw, 82 mm x 184 mm x 3 mm


These stainless steel strap hinges are from the tried-and-tested RS PRO range, so have been thoroughly tested by engineers. They're commonly used outdoors on gates, but can also be used indoors on cabinets where their distinctive shape functions as a design element.

Made from 3 mm grade 304 stainless steel, these hinges have excellent toughness and enhanced durability. An electropolished surface further increases their resistance to corrosion while providing a smoother and more attractive surface. The long, tapering front flaps and shorter back flaps of these strap hinges have rounded edges and are specially designed to provide a sturdy and balanced hold by distributing weight more evenly.

Coming complete with a removable pin, these free-swinging hinges can be mounted on the external surfaces of cabinetry with countersunk or cup screws.
