It has the form of a thin, lightweight sheet with etched foil heating elements, so it heats up quickly and evenly. The braided PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) thermocouple allows you to accurately control the temperature, helping to prevent printed products from warping or shrinking.
The flexible material and self-adhesive Nitto-brand backing make this mat easy to install. With a wide operating temperature range of up to +180°C, it's suitable for many printing machines and applications.
