RS PRO Drill Blank Set, Steel, 41 piece


The 41-piece drill blank set from RS PRO is ideal for determining the sizes of drilled holes or manufacturing custom drilling and cutting tools.

Each drill blank is made from high-speed steel, which maintains its superior hardness even at high temperatures. The material also features excellent abrasion resistance compared with high-carbon steel.

The drill hole gauges range from 6 mm to 10 mm in diameter, increasing in steps of 0.1 mm, so you have a wide range of sizes for accurate and precise measurements. Each piece is marked with its size, and the portable metal box includes a labelled indexing stand. This helps keep the set organized and means you can always easily find the exact drill blank you need.

The drill gauges are ground to H8 tolerance (+0/-0.022 mm) for guaranteed accuracy. Part of the RS PRO range, this product has been stringently tested for quality and durability.
