The ifm electronic Flow Monitor is a versatile device designed for accurate flow measurement in both liquids and gases. It features a single PNP digital output that can be configured for normally open or normally closed operation, with a maximum voltage drop of 2.5 V and a permanent current rating of 250 mA. The monitor is equipped with short circuit protection and overload protection. The response time is adjustable between 1 and 10 seconds for both liquids and gases. The flow monitor operates within an ambient temperature range of -20 to 60°C and a storage temperature range of -25 to 100°C, with an IP 67 protection rating. Switch points are adjusted using a pushbutton for ease of use.
