The Infineon BTS7120-2EPA is a Smart High-Side Power Switch, providing protection functions and diagnosis

The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive load. It provides absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart and over current protection with intelligent restart control.
