The ROHM BR24G512 series is a 512 Kbit serial EEPROM comes in different package like SOP8, SOP-J8, TSSOP-B8 and MSOP8 works at voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V, frequency at 1 MHz and have I2C BUS Interface.
