RS PRO Silicone Side Drum Heater, 125 x 1740mm, 200l

Heat liquids kept in metal and plastic drums and reduce their viscosity with this heating element from RS PRO. With handy, quick-release buckles, this element can be easily adjusted to fit different-sized containers.

Ideally suited to warm fats, oils and foodstuffs stored in barrels, the element can also be used to thin down materials such as soaps, varnishes and chemicals so they are easier to pour or pump. With a jacket-style design, it can fit drums sized between 25 litres and 200 litres. An in-built capillary thermostat, which can reach temperatures of up to +90°C, controls the temperature. The element's Teflon coating gives it excellent heat insulation.

Used in food production or manufacturing applications, this heating element has been thoroughly tested to meet RS PRO standards, making sure it is durable, safe and of consistently high quality.
