Keithley 7711 2GHz 50 Ohm RF Module


The Keithley 7711 2GHz 50 Ohm RF Module is a plug-in module which provides an economic, wideband signal routing solution that complements the DC/low frequency switching and measurement capability of the Integra Series systems. The 7711 offers dual 1x4 configurations and can interface with a wide range of external AC instruments including oscilloscopes, pulse generators and signal analysis tools. One channel in each multiplex bank is always closed to the corresponding OUT connector. All connections are easily accessible from the rear panel. The 7711 is for use with Keithley systems 2700 ( 760-0354 , 7600357 ), 2701 ( 760-0351 ) and 2750 ( 760-0360 ).
