Plier and Ratchet Crimp Tools


Suitable for QM single and two piece contacts. Plier tool can also be used to crimp contacts for the Circular Sealed Industrial IP67 connector range and the Sealed Industrial IP68 connector range (489-526). Instructions supplied with tools.


QM Range Contacts and Tooling


The current rating quoted is for a single contact pair in isolation; when more than one pair of contacts in a connector is carrying appreciable current, the maximum permissible current per contact must be reduced to take the cumulative heating effect into account. This multi-way de-rating factor is established from similar factors established for multi-core cables.
