The Igus chainflex cables from igus are designed with one message in mind, “cost down, life up”. With our TPE jacket material, we provide products that can cope with highly demanding applications adopting very high abrasion resistance whilst providing excellent protection levels when faced with harsh chemical and oil-based environments. Our patented bundle design ensures small bend radius figures which make chainflex cables ideal for use in echain (cable carrier), flexible and fixed applications.

Unscreened motor cables are used in a wide variety of applications where EMC/EMI/Cross talk is not an issue. Core sizing ranges from 1.5mm²-50mm², with core identification using black cores, white numerals + earth (GY) core. CF30 is designed for heavy duty applications where the influence of oils is relatively light. Preferably for use on indoor applications or for outdoor applications at above freezing temperatures. Typical application areas include; storage and retrieval units, high-bay warehousing, machining units, packaging machines, quick handling, indoor cranes.

Medium UV resistance.

Oil-resistant (following DIN EN 50363-4-1).

Flame Retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, VW1.

Silicone-free following PV 3.10.7 – status 1992.

UL/CSA style 10492 and 2570.
