The Igus chainflex cables from igus are designed with one message in mind, “cost down, life up”. With our TPE jacket material, we provide products that can cope with highly demanding applications adopting very high abrasion resistance whilst providing excellent protection levels when faced with harsh chemical and oil-based environments. Twisted-Pair (TP) data cables are used in a wide variety of applications where EMC/EMI/Cross talk provide issues. Core sizing ranges from 0.25mm²-0.5mm², with core identification using DIN 47100 colour coding system. CF211.PUR is designed for heavy duty applications supported by its almost unlimited resistance to oil. Ideal for use on indoor and outdoor applications, supported by a working temperature range from -50°C to up +80°C. Typical application areas include; Machining units/machine tools, storage and retrieval units, high-bay warehousing, packaging industry, quick handling, refrigeration sector.

Medium UV resistance.

Oil-resistant (following DIN EN 50363-4-1).

Flame Retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, VW1.

Halogen-free (Following DIN EN 60754).

Silicone-free following PV 3.10.7 – status 1992.
