RS PRO Empty Cable Reel 491 mm (H) x 291 mm (W) diameter 380 mm one shelf in Rubber with Door


This rubber drum cable reel is especially suitable for HD-SDI coaxial and fibre optic cables. The 310 mm diameter of the drum meets the minimum bend radius required to store these types of wires without damage. It also helps you store, transport and manipulate them with ease.

The plastic frame housing the reel is resistant to heat and impact and holds the hub securely. There's a built-in door with a hinge to protect captive-end connectors and cables. In addition, you'll find an integral winding handle to make reeling and dispensing easy.

This empty cable reel will accommodate up to 240 m of 6 mm-diameter cable or 34 m of 15 mm-diameter cable. There's also a larger version with greater capacity. Note that capacities take into account real-world usage where you don't always re-reel tightly around the drum. There are three sizes available in this range of VDGT cable reels.
