Want to keep your cables neat and tidy without kinking, twisting, or knotting? This RS PRO heavy-duty steel empty cable reel makes manipulating your wires simple and will keep cables in optimal condition.
It measures 120 mm wide and has a hub diameter of 380 mm. The hub is mounted on a rugged tubular steel frame and has a friction brake with an integral winding handle. Because it has a large hub diameter, you will avoid exceeding the minimum bend radius of a cable when winding it onto the reel.
The blue reel has a removable plastic hub plate that you can cut to accept panel-mount connectors. There's also an internal clamp that provides strain relief and anchors the cable. It can hold up to 55 m of 14-mm-diameter cable, 65m of 12-mm-diameter cable and 215 m of 6.5-mm-diameter cable.
