What is Expandable Braided Cable Sleeving?


Expandable braided cable sleeving is an alternative to heat-shrink tubing. The difference between expandable cable sleeving and heat-shrink tubing is that expandable sleeving doesn't require any heating, so it's convenient, cost-effective and easy to use. The open weave braiding of this cable sleeving expands over cables, components and contracts to provide a tight-fitting cover. During application, you can examine the wires underneath. Braided sleeving offer protection to wires and cables, eliminating the risk of damage caused by abrasion from sharp edges, high impacts, and vibration.
