RS PRO 80 mm Clean Room Tacky Roller Refill


When you need to remove dust from sensitive electronics in your clean-room environment, the RS PRO tacky roller refill provides a safe, lint-free solution. Designed for use with the RS PRO 80 mm roller, this tubular refill slots easily onto the roller arm. It's made from anti-static film.

By using a simple rolling action, you can gently lift particles away from surfaces without causing disturbance. When the roller's adhesive tape is finished, tear off the dirty strip to reveal a clean sticky layer underneath. The tape's made from a durable polyethylene material, with an adhesive strength of 300 gr/25 mm ± 50.

This tacky roller is ideal for use in industrial workspaces, such as biotechnological laboratories and electrical-component assembly lines. It conforms to ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 electrostatic control standards.
