The cable's copper wiring is insulated with polyethylene (PE), which isn't affected by heat. This means that the cable is safe to use in temperatures of up to +70°C and as low as -20°C. Its polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) outer sheath is strong, effectively protecting the cable's internal wiring and extending its working life.
