Tube inserts make life a little easier by providing a simple way of attaching feet or casters to metal structures. This particular square tube from our extensive range of RS PRO threaded tube inserts is designed for fitting heavy-duty self-levelling feet.

This square fitting has a static load capacity of 1000 kg and is used with tubes of the same square shape. Its body is made from hardwearing nylon and it has a nickel-plated brass bush. The component is reinforced for added strength and is suitable to use with aluminium structural tubes or metal tubing.

Threaded tube inserts can be used wherever height adjustment or mobile structures are needed. You'll find that they're commonly fitted to trolleys and conveyor and display stands. RS PRO sells a wide range of square and round tube inserts with different thread sizes and load capacities.
