This SCR Thyristor, rated for a 40 A RMS power switching, offers superior performances in peak voltage robustness up to 400 V sine wave pulse. It's key features allow the design of functions such as a 56 A RMS AC switch and a 50 A AC-DC controlled rectifier-bridge.
