RS Uninsulated Crimp Butt Splices


Uninsulated crimp butt splices made from tubular copper. These non-insulated crimp butt splices are available with a variety wire ranges.

RS PRO Butt Splice Connector 8 AWG


Need to match, repair or lengthen wires quickly and easily? Turn to this RS PRO butt splice connector. Simply feed the wires into the holes on the splice's sides and use a crimper to squeeze down on each side of the indentation. This provides a secure and durable cable connection without the need for soldering. You can also use this splice connector to efficiently terminate single wires.

To improve insulation, enhance safety and minimise current leakage, use an adhesive heat shrink over the connector. The unit's sturdy structure prevents wire pull-outs and ensures that it doesn't split when crimped.

This product has undergone extensive testing to guarantee its reliability and quality. Non-insulated butt splice terminals are appropriate for most general cabling applications where short-circuiting is unlikely, such as in small electric appliances.
