It has a pigtail design, meaning it's terminated on one end with a straight female M12 connector and is unterminated on the other end. These loose wires, as well as a cable length of 2 metres, let you extend the reach of an existing connection so you can link distant devices conveniently. As this cable has a small cross-sectional area of 0.25 mm², it's a flexible choice for use in setups with limited space.
