The DiodesZetex makes a Schottky Barrier Rectifier that has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of Automotive Applications. The devices PDI323 package is Lead, Antimony and halogen free. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is ideally suited to use as a polarity protection diode, re-circulating diode, switching diode and similar applications.
The device offers an ultra-small surface mount package The device has a guard ring die construction for transient protection It has a high surge capability
