Ensure superior guard interlocking for small machine safety barriers and protect personnel from entering hazardous areas with the 440K-C21098 Cadet 3 Tongue Interlock Switch by Allen Bradley Guardmaster.
This Cadet 3 interlock unit features a rotatable head with 2 entry slots, allowing up to 8 different actuator entry points for greater application flexibility. This unique switch has compact housing, making it highly versatile, and has industry standard fixing centers for effortless mounting. To operate the switch, the specially profiled key must be fixed to the machine guard door. This can then be inserted into the switch.
The 440K-C21098 safety switch has 2NC safety contacts, 1NO auxiliary contact, and break-before-make action. It comes with tough stainless-steel flat type actuator and has M16 conduit entry. The housing is red for easy visibility and is made of resilient UL approved glass-filled PBT. It is dust-proof and water-tight, giving it a high ingress protection rating of IP67. It has a voltage rating of 600VAC/DC. The Cadet 3 interlock switch is designed specifically to be fitted at the leading edge of hinged, sliding, and lift-off machine guard doors and provides superior protection for equipment and personnel.
