It’s suitable for use with AZM200 solenoid interlock switches, making it simple to assemble a complete safety switch setup. The lockout tag is designed to prevent actuation of the switch during LOTO (lockout tagout) procedures, preventing injury during maintenance and inspection. You can also use the tag to lock the actuator in place when switched on to prevent inadvertent circuit breaks.

Yes, this lockout tag has five pre-drilled holes to accommodate up to five padlocks, each with a shackle diameter of up to 6mm. This provides enhanced security by ensuring that the lockout tag can't be tampered with by unauthorised personnel.
