RS PRO Wire Wound Pt100 Resistance Temperature Detector (8 x 1.5mm)


A high quality and reliable wire wound Pt100 RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) often referred to as a PRT (Platinum Resistance Thermometer) featuring a spiral wound wire designed to expand and contract in response to temperature changes for a highly accurate temperature reading.

The RTD temperature sensor features a cylindrical design perfect for insertion into tubes or sheaths or immersion readings and is constructed from Platinum for its excellent response time to temperature changes and high levels of resistivity.

Suitable for a wide range of applications and environments due to their high level of reliability including in laboratories, air liquid and gas measurement, chemical processing, and the automotive industry.
